financial support

Every donation — large or small — is significant and offers a hand up, not a hand out. Donations and volunteers help build, repair and renovate homes alongside hard-working, low-income families.

Financial support can come in many different forms:

Donate funds or company stock
Match employee or member donations
Match employee volunteer hours with donations
Offer payroll deductions for donations

in-kind donations

Generous donations of materials and services by Habitat sponsors mean our dollars can stretch further and we can build more, repair more and renovate more. In-kind donations are welcome and appreciated.

Construction or building materials (lumber, doors, windows, shingles, drywall, concrete work, etc)
Tools (ladders, power tools, gloves, safety glasses, air compressors, screwdriver bits, etc)
Office or store equipment (office supplies, dollies/hand carts)
Professional services (plumbers, electricians, masons, printers, catering/food prep, etc)
Vehicles (enclosed delivery truck with lift gate)
Heavy equipment (small forklift, light-weight stake-side trailer)

sponsor an event

Consider being a sponsor or co-sponsor of an event such as a fundraiser or Women's Build. Fundraisers are the basis for generating the means necessary to complete new home construction and perform the home repairs needed to keep families safely at home. These events consistently attract audiences comprised of corporate executives, philanthropists and community leaders. Each event offers Habitat sponsors excellent exposure and benefits.

Contributing to the construction of a quality, affordable home is one of the most rewarding investments that an individual, family or organization can make in our community. Consider sponsoring an entire home build, co-sponsoring a home or simply sponsoring a percentage of a local home construction or renovation project. team build

We know that your organization will be enriched by the experience of supporting a hardworking low-income family in the construction of a new home. We offer team builds that can last one day or multiple days. If you would like to have a team build day with your business or organization at a local Habitat for Humanity job site, contact us.
